The Safety and Preparedness Ministry will host and display preparedness information and some sample supply items during the Fellowship Time next Sunday, March 26th.
There will be a Lay Leadership Council Meeting on Tuesday, March 21 at 7:00pm. All are welcome to attend.
As part of our outreach to the community John Wiemer has signed FCLC up to cook dinner for the Ronald McDonald House Friday, March 24. This typically is from about 4:30 - 7PM. He is looking for 6-8 people for this project, please contact John if you are interested in helping or have any questions, 208-577-6807 or via email .
All women are invited to join the Friday morning Bible study. We will be starting a new nine week study on March 31 on Ecclesiastes/Song of Songs. We meet from 10-11:30 in the back Sunday school room next to the kitchen. If you would like to join us just give Carol Jo Richter a call at 377-3746 so that material can be ordered for you.
The Thursday Women’s Bible study is now studying “Jonah”. All women are invited to meet with on Thursday mornings at 9:15am (exception-No Bible study on March 30th). For more information, contact Karen Graham (208-870-7764)
Baby Bottle Campaign Update: Chuck & Carol De Vito are missing two items that were needed for the Baby Bottle Drive. There is a black gift box tied with a ribbon & a box of 100 pencils that cannot be found. If you have any information about this let the DeVitos know. Also, if you have not picked up a baby bottle for the Baby Bottle Drive fund raiser, contact Chuck or Carol. They still have a few bottles left. For baby bottles and more information contact Carol DeVito (209-985-9416). Baby bottles are due back by Sunday, March 26th.
Messianic Seder Dinner on April 9th: If you are planning to attend the Seder Dinner, please remember to RVSP by signing up in the foyer.
Borders * Bindings * Brownies! Carol Lohrenz and Janice Eacker will be teaching a class on how to sew borders and bindings on any projects such as placemats, wall hangings, quilts etc. on Wednesday, April 5th and April 12th. Bring your unfinished projects and they will help you finish them. Supplies needed: Your own sewing machine, scissors, and the project. FCLC 2017 Summer Camp Registration is now open! Sign you children up for weeks of fun and adventure right here at Friendship Celebration! Enrollment forms are available on the Information Desk in the foyer, church office, or see Brett Lindemood. We have camps ranging from Ninja Training Camp, to Sports Camp, to Superhero Camp and much more. We have new games, and activities planned along with all the favorites from last year!
