    Pastoral Call Candidate Weekend! One of our pastoral call candidates, Pastor Mark Zier and his wife Beth will be here next weekend. Here is the schedule:

                            Saturday:

                            8:00 am: Men’s Monthly Breakfast—Pastor Mark Zier, guest speaker

                            3:00 pm: Open Meeting with Pastor Mark Zier & Congregation

                            5:00 pm: Dinner with the Congregation

     

                        Sunday:

                            9:45-10:45 am: Open Q & A Session with Pastor Mark Zier & Congregation

     Work Day Lunch Cooks Needed The next Congregational Work Day is Saturday, March 11th. Lunch is provided for all who come to help with church building chores. Cooks are needed to provide the lunch. There is a signup sheet on the Information Desk if you can help feed our “Grunt Crew”.

     Celebration Choir Sectional Rehearsals begin this Monday night, March 6th, at 6:15pm for ladies, and at 7:30pm for the gentlemen. For more information contact Linda Hausch (208-941-4442).

     FCLC 2017 Summer Camp Registration is now open! Sign you children up for weeks of fun and adventure right here at Friendship Celebration! Enroll online at www.friendshipcelebration.org (See Families webpage) or see Brett Lindemood for enrollment form. We have camps ranging from Ninja Training Camp, to Sports Camp, to Superhero Camp and much more. We have new games, and activities planned along with all the favorites from last year! Come see what it is all about!

     Lenten Devotionals from Lutheran Hour Ministries are available in the foyer by the TV. You can sign up to receive daily devotions from LHM at their website: https://www.lhm.org/lent.

     Baby Bottle Campaign for Stanton Health Care for Women continues. This is Stanton Health Care’s major fundraiser. If you would like to participant, Baby bottles and more information are available by contacting Carol DeVito (209-985-9416). Baby bottles are due back by Sunday, March 26th.

     Reformation of Martin Luther Tour Information: A tour is available through The Sundeck Travel for a Reformation of Martin Luther Tour September 5th-15th, 2017. Sheets with all of the tour information, costs, visit locations etc. can be found on the Information Desk in foyer at church.
